The Western Gateway Motel is well equipped for the Business meetings or Workshops – two conference rooms, one being a fully equipped Boardroom ideal for meetings up to 20 persons. 
The CQ Room caters for up to 130 persons depending on setup.  This room is ideal for workshops as it is large and is adjacent to the pool area for break-out sessions.

Weddings

We have a specialist on site to cater for all your wedding needs. With over twenty years experience in functions large and small, we have strengths in the key areas to ensure your wedding is a success.

Bridal couples who book our venue for their reception with a minimum of 50 guests receive a complimentary honeymoon suite including Breakfast in the morning for the eve of their wedding. Room Rate Packages are also available for out of town guests.

Room Hire for the CQ Room which is adjacent to the Pool, has own Bar and Toilets is $275.00. Seats up to 100 people comfortably 120 people max.
Chair Covers are available for hire $4.50 per cover. Menu’s are available on request.

 


 

Functions

Whether you are planning an Engagement, Staff Christmas Party, Birthday Party, Charity Event, anything that involves a venue, food and bar we can cater for you.
Our dedicated function coordinator liases with meeting or event planners from the planning stage through to the actual event to ensure everything goes well.  We pride ourselves on professionalism and endeavour to cater to individual needs and budget.

Function Room hire for CQ Room is $220.00 GST included.
BBQ Area, Pool & Bar is $150.00 GST included.
BBQ Area & Pool is $100.00 GST included.

 


 

Credit Arrangements

All accounts are payable upon the completion of the function. Should your company wish to arrange for credit please complete the credit application form supplied.

 


 

Liability

The motel takes all care, but no responsibility for the safety of guests.

 


 

Property

The organiser is fully responsible for damage to hotel property and will be charged accordingly.

 


 

Behaviour of all Guests/Invitees

The motel reserves the right to remove and person from the premises at their discretion.
